Content Coffee Morning Series - Open for Business!
The next couple of years will see the Digital Media Landscape, that includes mobile and internet, significantly change. With the launch of Google’s open source Android Phone, propelling the internet giant into the mobile arena, should developers get worried about open source and what will inspire developers to create new applications?
Our latest Digital Content Coffee Morning seeks to answer these questions by bringing together a leading panel of Global Mobile and Internet experts to discuss and debate the issues and challenges facing application and software developers moving towards these open systems.
Seminar Overview: 9am – 2pm
Following great reviews from our last Seminar, we invite designers, developers, marketers, entrepreneurs, technologists and business strategists to this FREE seminar which brings together an exclusive panel of world-leading speakers from Google, Gartner and Artilium who have the burning desire to discuss and debate the issues, strategies and competition that lies ahead within the Open Mobile and Internet Markets. Subjects being discussed include the latest application development platforms, social networking applications and application stores.
“Live Lounge” Session with Google: 2pm – 4pm Following on from our Seminar, we are hosting our first “Live Lounge” Session where we Invite all of Scotland’s web designers, software developers and webmasters, to join us and listen to Matthew “Chewy” Trewhella, Google’s Developer Advocate. In the “Live Lounge” Session, Chewy will be talking about Google's full range of latest APIs and platforms, except for Android.
This is the essential session for all developers who are looking to get the latest low down on Google’s technologies. Most importantly the “Live Lounge” sessions are driven by developers – what YOU want to hear, what YOU want to say. It’s no secret that the industry needs the emerging companies to lead with innovation, to leverage resources and help change the game!
