Janette Hughes
Janette is the Project Manager for the Wellness and Health Innovation Project which delivers; Market Intelligence, Product Technology and Innovation Support and Commercial Advice principally to Scottish SMEs, involved in the Wellness and Health market. Janette has a considerable background in project management along with a solid understanding of software and information technology specialising in web application and wireless technologies.
Before joining ICS Janette worked for Targeting Innovation where she had a number of roles, laterly project managing the technology mentoring team that assisted technology companies in the growth and development of their business, locally and globally. Prior to that she worked for 3 years in the commercial department of a medium sized software house in London in a range of roles from project management to developing sales/marketing opportunities.
Janette has a First Class Honours degree in Design, and a PgDip with Distinction in Information Technology specialising in web technology and has Prince 2 qualifications.
