Marian Gardiner
Marian is Deputy Chief Executive of Lanarkshire Enterprise Services Ltd and a Board Member of CEIS and DSL and is actively involved in PSYBT. Marian is also Director and Head of Operations at Innovation Centres Scotland Ltd. She has overall responsibility for the daily running and strategic direction of the organisation.
Marian has over twenty years experience within the Enterprise network, fifteen years of these at senior management and Director level. During that time she has developed a strong knowledge of economic development through active participation in the wider network, contributing to European Advisory groups, as a member of the Institute of Small Business Affairs and by undertaking an MSc in Local Economic Development. She has been a significant player in the development of innovative approaches to the delivery of business support in Scotland and in particular in the field of high growth start up businesses. Marian’s key management skills include leadership, innovation and team building resulting in quality organisations – Lanarkshire Enterprise Services and Innovation Centres Scotland Ltd
