ICS Ltd is a joint project between MEPC and Scottish Enterprise. The aim of the innovation centres is to provide high-quality business startup and incubation space for firms that are deemed to be "innovative". This project is also part financed by the European Union.
The principal objective of Scottish Enterprise is to grow the number of innovative/technology based firms in Scotland. The principal objective of MEPC is to create a new type of facility that attracts a different type of firm to the Hillington Estate and thereby change in a fundamental way to feed-stock of firms locating in the more established units.
