Scottish Development International, in partnership with the Enterprise Europe Network and Wireless Innovation, invites ambitious and innovative Scottish companies to join a Scottish Representative Stand which promises to showcase the best that Scotland has to offer in terms of mobile technology.

MWC combines the world's largest mobile industry exhibition with an innovative and exciting conference featuring leading mobile operators, vendors, and content owners from across the world. Approximately 50,000 key decision-makers in the mobile industry are expected to attend.

MWC is therefore an unsurpassed networking opportunity, where participants can expect to establish new business contacts, view the competitive landscape, learn of future trends and promote their own particular technology offering.

What's on offer?

Participating companies can access the following package:

Scottish Development International is offering:

• Access to the Show
• Company presence on the stand with company logo and literature prominently displayed
• Bookable stand meeting room, plus use of touch down and soft seating area
• Inclusion in stand marketing brochure
• Free to issue invites to our ever-popular whisky tasting reception

Wireless Innovation is offering:

• A two-day programme of meetings on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 February 2010. Wireless Innovation aims to have a minimum of four different partners visit the stand, eg Nokia, Orange, Amdocs, Qualcomm, Samsung, Vodafone, Google, o2, RIM, Sony Ericsson, OMTP and WIP. Wireless Innovation will manage the setting up and running of meetings between partners and participating companies.

The cost to participating companies for the above joint offering is £250.

Enterprise Europe Network is offering -

• Free product promotion and pre-arranged meetings via its Europe-wide Partner Brokerage Event, with final meetings held on the Catalan Pavilion (registration by 11 January 2010 on www.een.cat/mobile-brokerage)
• Free show entry ticket per company participating in the Partner Brokerage Event.

Last year, 547 companies participated in the Partner Brokerage Event with 1,200 meetings scheduled.
