Business Model awareness session
Every business has a business model - it describes the way you create value and deliver that value to your customers in order to generate revenue.
By learning how to adapt and update your business model, you could identify entirely new markets, develop new routes to market and create fresh revenue streams without having to change your existing product or service.
Scottish Enterprise’s new programme of business model innovation support aims to help companies understand the benefits of changing their current business model or even adopting new models.
The launch event "New Routes to Revenue – The Power of Business Model Innovation" will take place on Monday, 19th March at Our Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh from 10.00-14.30. The cost is £25 (plus VAT) per delegate.
Delegates will hear from leading business model experts and practitioners with the best-practice experience and knowledge to help you quickly learn about the benefits of business model innovation. The event will also introduce practical methodology that allows you to understand, describe and develop your current business model; design new business models; and compare and contrast with other models in your sector.
You will have the opportunity to sign up for more personalised follow-on Business Model Innovation Workshops in your area. Event places will be filled quickly so for further information including how to book, please visit our website.
