Socially adept or socially inept? How to do, learn and use social media for business
Most businesses get the hint, they need to embrace social media for their business, but their question often is, “How do I do it, what content should I use to engage my audience and how and when do I start making money out of it?” Even if they don’t want to start tweeting or blogging, businesses at the very least need to be watching their own ‘brand’ using social media tools to find out what their customers, competitors and suppliers are saying about them.
This event which is being organized by Interactive Scotland in association with Creative Clyde as part of Social Media Week will look at how you should ‘do’ social media, use social media tools to ‘learn’ what people are saying about you and focus in on some real digital media company examples on how they ‘use’ social media and what impact it is having on their business.
