Hillington Park Innovation Centre is operated by ICS Ltd.  ICS is owned by Lanarkshire Enterprise Services Ltd. The aim of the Innovation Centres is to provide high-quality business startup and incubation space for innovative companies.   This project is also part financed by the European Union.
