Booking Rates

Meeting Room 1

£75 per full day, £40 per half day
Suitable for up to six people - central table, six desk chairs, phone

Meeting Room 2

£60 per full day, £35 per half day
Suitable for up to four people – central table, four desk chairs, phone

Meeting Room 3

£60 per full day, £35 per half day
Suitable for up to four people – central table, four desk chairs, phone

Meeting Room 4

£75 per full day, £40 per half day
Suitable for up to six people – desk, three desk chairs, three sofas, phone

Boardroom

£200 per full day, £120 per half day
The Boardroom can facilitate up to 22 people, and is currently equipped with ceiling mounted LCD projector, presentation lectern, fully equipped with PC, and phone. The room is also air-conditioned.

Conference Room

£200 per full day, £130 per half day
The conference room can comfortably support 100 delegates and can be set up in any desired layout on request. Suitable for large theatre style arrangement or for workshop and breakout groups. This room is equipped with a ceiling mounted wireless LCD projector and fully integrated PA system with a number of wireless microphones.

Equipment

Telephone Calls will be charged at the standard BT rates.

Broadband Internet Access is provided free by the centre.
