Our Virtual Office package offers new start technology businesses the ability to access many of the benefits of the Innovation Centre without having to incur the cost of taking office space within the building.
As a virtual tenant
As a virtual tenant your company’s telephone calls can be answered and transferred (e.g. to your mobile telephone) and your mail can be collected or forwarded. Your company will also have access to our Meeting Rooms, Board Room and Conference Room, all of which can be booked by your company on the Centre’s website.
Depending on the level of service you request, you may be able to access our hotdesk facility complete with broadband service. The centre also hosts wireless network throughout, spacious parking and informal networking areas.
The centre offers three categories of Virtual Tenancy, bronze, silver and gold. Each category is outlined below.
Bronze
£100per month
- A prestigious company address - not a PO Box number
- Dedicated business telephone number
- Preferential telephone answering, message taking and forwarding service
- Access to a hot desk facility at a charge of £5.00 per hour
- Mail box facility and mail forwarding service
- Availability of meeting room facilities at a charge of £8.00 per hour
- Chargeable use of reception facilities such as photocopying
Silver
£150per month
As Bronze plus:
- Ten hours free use of meeting room facilities per month, thereafter a charge of £8.00 per hour
- Free access to hot desk area for ten hours per month, thereafter a charge of £5.00 per hour
- Access to Broadband and wireless networks
Gold
£250per month
As Silver plus:
Suitable companies may be offered a Gold category:
- A superior service including the Silver categories
- Assistance from the Innovation Advisory Services team (maximum of two days per month)
