VIRTUAL OFFICE

As a virtual tenant your company's telephone calls will be answered and transferred to another number, your mail will be collected or forwarded and you can book a desk in dedicated hot-desk facility which comes with free broadband access. The centre also boasts wireless network throughout, an on-site café, spacious parking and plenty of informal networking areas In addition and you are able to access our Meeting Rooms, Board Room and Conference Room, all of which can be booked on the Centre's website. The virtual service offers:

• A prestigious company address - not a PO Box number
• Dedicated business telephone number
• Preferential telephone answering, message taking & forwarding service
• Access to a shared or permanent desk in our dedicated hot desk facility
• Mail box facility and mail forwarding service
• Availability of meeting room facilities
• Free access to Broadband and wireless networks
• Free access to Innovation Advisory Services*
• Chargeable use of reception facilities such as photocopying

The centre offers three categories of Virtual Tenancy, bronze, silver and gold. Each category is outlined below:
