  1. Hillington Business Masterclass - Successful sales planning and securing that all important client

    Aug 11 24 Start: 10:00 End: 13:00

The key to any successful commercial organisation is summed up in one simple word - SALES.

There is a sales revolution taking place which makes selling easier and at lower cost making it realistic for SME's to compete more effectively with larger organisations.  Scottish SME's are now embracing a new path and as a result are increasing sales more effectively.

Alastair Macnaughton has been employed in sales over the past 20 years both in corporate and SME sector.  More recently he has been engaged with Scottish SME's who are pioneering their sales effort in the new world by adopting a "Total Business Selling" philosophy.

Alastair will focus on the following key questions.  How do you maximise sales opportunities?  How do you identify new customers?  How do you move the customer relationship to a longer term, profitable basis and, most importantly of all, how can you identify and articulate that compelling reason or reasons why someone should buy from your company?

Not to be missed!  This session is designed to help you achieve one, powerful outcome - 'Sell More Stuff - Profitably.'
