Pharmacells – Athol Haas CEO & Dr Neil Fell
Pharmacells has the exclusive rights to a patented method of harvesting and storing a special new type of adult, blood derived stem cell. Its business model consists of both consumer and commercial target markets with the creation of a private stem cell bank for the discerning individual alongside supply of its cell line into commercial projects including research and Pharmaceutical R&D.

Stem cell research will lead to personalised treatments and therapies for everything from cancers to tissue repair and it is important that individuals take the time to bank their stem cells whilst healthy.

Pharmacells was first discussed in 2006 by Dr Neil Fell and Mr Athol Haas, and together they formed their business in 2008. They’re funded by both private investment monies and Public Sector funds. Dr Fell is a medical doctor with an intercalated research degree, qualified from the University of Aberdeen.
