Robin Speculand is the founder and CEO of Bridges Business Consultancy International, a global business consultancy specializing in strategy implementation. Widely acknowledged as a thought leader in strategy implementation, he has written a bestselling book Bricks to Bridges – Make Your Strategy Come Alive, which sets the benchmark for new thinking in this field.

Robin will be in Scottish Enterprise's offices at Atlantic Quay on the 14th April to deliver a seminar on how to implement strategies right first time for companies. With the right strategy execution, competition can be leapfrogged leading to business success. The seminar will take place 10am - 12pm.

Additionally, Robin will set aside time for 1-2-1 meetings from 1pm - 5pm to offer his advice to Scottish companies. He can offer advice on strategy implementation, especially in the following sectors: telecommunications, financial services, aerospace, government and technology. He can also give high level guidance on the Asia business environment and market entry. Slots with Robin are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
