The third in our series, Maclay Murray & Spens will deliver a seminar on Web 2.0.
How does the law impact on Web 2.0 issues? Is the law keeping up with the rate of change or is it in danger of stifling innovation? How can Web 2.0 businesses balance out the risks and what issues are coming up on the horizon which they need to consider?
Whether you have a social networking application or are thriving on user generated content, we’ll look at the issues that are relevant to you.
