Message for tenants of the Hillington Park Innovation Centre following the recent flood

We have had confirmation that we can partially re-open the Innovation Centre.  Offices located at the front of the building are now operational and companies currently located in these offices can move back in.  This affects 20 of the current 60 offices.  If you wish to know if this affects your company, please contact Ross Clark asap.

We have also been advised that a further 28 offices will be back in operation within 6 weeks (approx), with the remainder of the work being carried out over a further 6 week period. 

Please keep in touch with your Centre advisor whilst you are in temporary accommodation so we can ensure we continue supporting your business during this period.  Advisors will be based at the Innovation Centre.

The switchboard services will resume by Friday 22nd May.

Insurance Queries:  Please claim any loss/damage/loss of earnings through your own insurance company.  Your insurance company should contact Innis Jackson at CBRE on innes.jackson@cbre.com

Audi Centre cafe - all tenants are free to use for meetings - has Wifi throughout the building

Alba Innovation Centre, Livingston - meeting rooms can be booked via the reception desk at Alba - contact Michelle on 01506 592100.  Please note, there is a wireless network connection throughout the Alba building which can be accessed by anyone with a laptop with wireless capability

 

Balfour Kilpatrick (next door) have limited meeting room space - contact Laura at Balfour Kilpatrick to request space on 0141 880 2000

 

Conference Facilities:

There are conference/event/boardroom facilities available at the Alba Innovation Centre on the same terms at the Hillington Park Innovation Centre.  (Please note, the maximum delegates at Alba is 70 in the seminar room)

 

The Audi Centre, located close to the Hillington Park Innovation Centre have both boardroom and conference room facilities which can hold up to 520 guests.  They are offering companies who quote the reference 'Hillington Park Innovation Centre' preferential rates.  Please contact Sharon Taggart for more details:  Sharon's contact details are:

Alba Innovation Centre, Livingston  

Alba has 2 x four desk offices, 3 x three desk offices and 2 x two desk offices are available for immediate use.  Please note, these offices are furnished and have internet and phone connections ready to use immediately.  (The facilities at Alba are very similar to those at Hillington)

Glasgow City Centre accommodation

One of the tenants of Hillington Park Innovation Centre, Sysnet, has offered other HPIC tenants the use of some of their accommodation in Glasgow City Centre on a short term basis.  This consists of 3300 sq ft on 8th floor of Newton House (457 Sauchiehall Street).  The office space is near to Anderston Low Level Station, St Georges X, and on main bus routes and is 2 mins walk from Central or Queens Street.

The office is open plan, with a decent reception area. It also hosts

1 x Large Meeting Room (10 - 12)
1 x Board Room (6-8)
1 x Breakout Room (2-4)
Comms Room with central patch panel
Flood wired with 10/100MB Ethernet
Own Kitchen Area
Own male and female toilets

This accommodation can take up to 40 people.  Please note, you may need to share the facilities with other companies, but we would endeavour to split the space up to allow companies to have as much privacy as possible.
