Scalability and potential for growth are two extremely important elements in the overall mix of any start-up and at ICS we have a system to maximise growth opportunities for start-ups.

We start our journey with a new client by preparing a ‘Score Sheet’ that acts as the basis of our detailed action plan for that client. This client Score Sheet evaluates the client’s/business’ strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats that are at play at the time. Once an action plan has been developed for a client, we will work with them to capture the support and services required by the client to maximise their growth opportunities. At ICS there is no one-size-fits-all approach, because we know that every business is completely unique.

This approach enables us to understand our clients intimately and to tailor our approach perfectly to their unique needs. We ask probing and difficult questions throughout the support process, but it’s by passing through this discomfort zone that our clients get on their path to high growth. Questions like “are you in the right market?”; “is your team strong enough to tackle your business objectives?” aren’t always welcome questions, but they’re a necessary part of any high growth analysis process. Our High Growth Programme, where necessary, takes a business apart and puts it back together again stronger and better equipped to face the challenges ahead.
