The Atrium is owned and operated by our parent company Lanarkshire Enterprise Services Ltd and was completed in 1999. The centre is a vibrant, entrepreneurial and professional environment offering office space and business services to a wide variety of companies and individuals.

Lanarkshire’s central location allows easy access to all major Scottish cities and international airports.

Business Incubation at The Atrium

Since 1999, Lanarkshire’s Business Incubation Centre has been involved in the launch and growth of over 100 high growth start up businesses. The number of jobs forecast from these high growth companies is over 1000, with anticipated sales of £116 million and over £32 million of secured funding packages.

The centre’s incubated companies, benefiting from top-quality business support and advice, are far less likely to fail (less than 15%) and far more likely to invest and grow.
