Alana Coventry

Alana Coventry is the front-desk receptionist and is the first point of contact for visitors to Alba Innovation Centre.

Alana's responsibilities include handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing meeting - room bookings for tenants and external organizations and providing extra administrative support to tenants and other members of staff.

Alana has previously worked for Food Options and Centrex House, where she gained valuable experience in administrative support and management of a reception area.
