Neuhaus Consultants Ltd. specialises in “hands-on” project management for major IT projects. Neuhaus Consultants Ltd. is located in Livingston, Scotland. Its mother company in Germany, with offices in Koenigswinter, Hannover and Munich (total assets in 2006 amounts to 1.4 million euros), was founded in 1998 and provides almost 10 years of experience in large and very large IT projects. Our customers are successful IT companies, the major IT service suppliers for banks. Our project managers have received certification as "Certified project management professional" or "Certified project manager" of the IPMA International Project Management Association or Project Management Professional of the PMI Project Management Institute. All our project managers are certified for ITIL and PRINCE2. "Think things through and get on with it" is our motto in numerous split location roll-out projects, consolidation projects and merger projects.
