The founders of Kiltr, Brian Hughes Halferty (CEO) and Stewart Fraser (CTO), met at University in 1992. They are both passionate Scotsmen, focused on harnessing the power of social networking technology to help shape Scotland’s future international success. Brian and Stewart share an unparalleled commitment to build a world-class product, and just as importantly, a great Scottish company. In September 2009, Par Equity and the Scottish Seed Fund provided start-up seed finance allowing Kiltr’s evolution from prototype to public beta launch.
