Alisdair is a Senior Business Technologist delivering business transformation, product strategy and commercial experience principally to Scotland’s leading High Technology, Communications and Digital Media companies. He has combined a considerable background in blue chip ICT companies Hewlett-Packard, Philips Electronics and Agilent Technologies and leads on the Technology advisory service at UK’s leading High Growth Technology Incubator, Innovation Centres (Scotland).
A trusted expert in international solution development and product marketing, Alisdair founded and led Wireless Innovation to become Scotland’s National Centre for Wireless & Mobile Communications. With a proven track record in growing High Growth technology companies into sustainable concerns, Alisdair is a commercially focussed leader who influences and motivates at all levels to achieve improved profitability, customer satisfaction and deliver new products and services to the marketplace.
He also acts as an advisor to Scottish Executive Telecoms Policy Team, Scottish Government Ministers and Scottish councils on issues arising with Wireless, Digital Media and Information Technologies policies.
